Use this page to request deletion of your Parivar Mitra app or website account and related personal data. You can submit a request even if you have already uninstalled the mobile app.

Enter the email used for your Parivar Mitra account. A request does not immediately delete the account—we first verify the account owner to protect your information.

What happens next?

Request receivedYour request is recorded and tracked.
Identity verificationWe contact the registered email address to verify account ownership.
Account & data deletionAfter verification, we process deletion of the account and associated personal data, subject to legally required records.
ConfirmationWe will update you by email about completion and any records that must be retained.

What data is deleted?

Account credentials, profile and contact details, and personal information linked to the account are included in the deletion review. Associated service history and uploaded files are reviewed for removal or anonymisation where no lawful reason requires retention.

Payment, invoice, transaction or dispute records may need to be retained for applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations. We will explain any required retention when processing your request.
