Parivar Mitra collects only information needed to operate requested services, maintain accounts, process payments and protect platform security. Access to customer and beneficiary data is role-restricted. Sensitive credentials and private documents are not intentionally exposed through public URLs.

Customers should upload only information necessary for the requested service. Data retention and deletion requests are handled according to applicable law and operational obligations.

Security and access monitoring

To protect customer, family and platform data, Parivar Mitra records authentication security events such as IP address, browser/user-agent and login outcome. For rejected access attempts, public IP/ASN/RDAP sources may be used to identify network information such as ISP, ASN, network range, country and registered network organization details. These signals are used for security monitoring and may be approximate.
