Payments, partial payments, verification and receipts
Payment methods appear only when enabled by an administrator. Online payments are never marked successful solely because the customer returned from a payment application. Transactions require gateway verification or manual verification by authorized staff.
For manual bank transfer or UPI proof, the payment remains Verification Pending until reviewed.
